Points of Contact for Whistleblowers from Clients
Frontier Consulting (hereafter referred to as “the Company”) has established a whistleblower hotline, in accordance with the Whistleblower Protection Act.
Situations where support is available
To inform the Company of noncompliance* by an officer(s), an employee(s), etc. of the Company.
We do not accept reports of any conduct unrelated to business operations or any conduct that is not in violation of laws, regulations, or company rules, but is contrary to socially accepted norms and ethics.
*Noncompliance: Any conduct that violates or is likely to violate laws, regulations, or company rules.
Obtain any necessary advice prior to or, in connection with, a report.
Please refer to items (a) through (d) below for specific details.
We do not accept legal or business-related consultations.

Situations where support is not available
Falsehoods, content that defames or slanders others, or any content intended for any other improper purposes may not be reported or consulted upon.
Points to note
In principle, please provide your name, company name, and contact information to the hotline representative when making a report or seeking a consultation.
Anonymous reports will be accepted, but in such cases the Company may not be able to conduct the necessary investigation or make necessary responses.
When reporting to an external point of contact, however, you may request that your name not be disclosed to the Company.

There are no restrictions on the format for reporting and consultations.
You will not suffer any adverse treatment from the Company on the ground of using either of the points of contact.
